How to use

Dietary supplement.

Only for adults.

Take one ampoule a day.

It can be repeated several times a year.

1. Shake the ampoule before opening it. As it is a natural product, it is possible that grounds will form, which does not affect its quality at all.

2. Gently tap the two ends of the ampoule with your index finger to make them more brittle. Using an absorbent paper, break one end out of the glass to prevent residues from falling into it.

3. Turn the ampoule over and place the first end on the glass. Using an absorbent paper, break the other end out of the glass. Let the liquid pour out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
