INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1- Do not open the protective bag if you are not going to apply ThermaCare.

It can take up to 30 minutes for ThermaCare to reach the desired therapeutic temperature.

2 / 3- Place the patch on the area to be treated with the darker side of the thermal cells towards the skin and adjust the patch at the front.

4- For greater efficiency, it is recommended to leave ThermaCare on for 8 hours.
