It contains the Ganoderma lucidum mushroom, from certified organic cultivation (BIO), in dry extract 12: 1 and providing a 20% minimum content of beta-glucans. The concentration of the extract means that 12 kg of dried mushroom are needed to obtain 1 kg of the extract used in β-glucanforte Reishi.

Reshi was included in 2000 in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.

What is Reishi?

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a large, dark mushroom with a shiny exterior and a woody texture. The humid and dimly lit forested mountains of Asia are Reishi's natural habitat. In China, it is called "Lingzhi", and in Japan, "Reishi".

What are the traditional uses of Reishi?

Among the cultivated mushrooms, Reishi is the only one to be consumed more for its value as a food supplement, than nutritional, being common and traditionally used by Eastern cultures for the promotion of well-being and vitality. The Reishi mushroom was included among the top tonics in the most famous of all Chinese medical matters, the Shen Nung by Ben Cao Jing (206 B.C. - 8 A.D.).
