How to use
Apply a few drops to the chest area, the nape of the neck and the inside of the wrists. Massage the inside of the arms and legs and the soles of the feet.
In children from 1 to 3 years old: dilute 5 drops in 10 ml of sweet almond vegetable oil or another carrier (1 tablespoon of vegetable oil).
VAPORS: dilute 6 to 10 drops in 200 ml of hot water and place it in a specially designed apparatus (Respirator) or in a bowl of hot water. Inhale deeply several times.
INHALATION: Place 15-20 drops on the sponge inside the stick and you will have your inhaler ready to take with you all day and use it whenever you need it.
