Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin. In other words, it dissolves in fats and oils.

Vitamin E is found in many foods, primarily of plant origin (spinach, broccoli, wheat germ, and brewer's yeast). The following healthy property has been approved for Vitamin E by EFSA (Food Safety Agency): it contributes to protection of cells against oxidative damage.

How to use

Consume one pearl a day, preferably with food.
