SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Shipments will be made to the Spanish mainland (Correos Express), Europe (GLS), China and China-Hong Kong (EMS Spain)

PharmaSun will not ship product until payment has been verified. An order will be final when it is accepted by PharmaSun, who will verify it by email notice.

PharmaSun undertakes to ship the merchandise within 2 days if it is in stock. It will never be invoiced if there is no merchandise in stock.

Shipments to Spain (peninsula) will generate costs for the customer of € 3.95 per shipment. Shipping costs will be free from € 79 purchase for the peninsula. The delivery times for orders, estimated to be a maximum of 1-3 days (working days), are calculated on working days from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Balearic Islands of Spain, European Union countries, China, Hong Kong and other countries, customers pay for shipping.

Deliveries will also be conditioned by holidays (local, regional and national). PharmaSun is not responsible for the delivery by the transport company not being made in the stipulated time due to force majeure, problems of the transport company or local, national or regional holidays stipulated by the transport company. The delivery times indicated by PharmaSun are for guidance only.

The delivery will be considered made at the time the carrier has made the products available to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery receipt document. The customer is obliged to check that the number of packages delivered matches that shown on the delivery note and clearly indicate on the delivery note if there is any incident (breakage, bag opening, defective packaging) in the order.

PharmaSun reserves the right to send orders by installments, prior communication and acceptance of the client.

PharmaSun will not accept returns if the product packaging is not the original and it is not in perfect condition.The original packaging must be protected so that it is received in perfect condition.

Incidents due to breakages or errors by PharmaSun will be replaced free of charge. In the event of a customer error, the customer must pay the transport costs corresponding to the shipment and the return of the product. For the return of any product, it must be previously accepted by PharmaSun by email.

 

PAYMENT

Payment for purchases made through PharmaSun can be made by credit card: Visa Europe and MasterCard, Paypal and Bank Transfer. Once the user clicks "Confirm Order" in the shopping cart.

Before finalizing the order, the registered user must check the amount of the purchase and the shipping address of the order. The shipping address will be the address that the user included in the registration form or the one expressly indicated for the order.

Once the order is finished, the user will go directly to the bank's payment gateway and must follow the instructions of the virtual POS to make the payment.

Once the order deposit is received in the PharmaSun account, the order processing will begin.

If the payment of the order is made after 2 pm, the order processing will not start until the next day. Likewise, if the payment of the order is made on a Friday after 2:00 p.m., the processing of the order will count from Monday. These conditions would not apply to local, regional, national holidays and weekends.
