1-RETURN POLICY OF PARAPHARMACY PRODUCTS

The return period is 7 nature days from the date of delivery of the product.

In the event of a return, Pharmasun will take care of the postage as long as the product is not the one required by the customer due to an error attributable to the company or because its status due to transport or other reasons is not adequate. In the case of international returns, unable to know the customs policies of non-EU countries, resulting in returns, the expenses arising therefrom shall be borne by customer.

In those returns at the express wish of the client, which are not attributable to the company, the shipping costs will be borne by the client, who can choose between requesting the collection of the product, which carries a cost of € 4,50 that will be discounted of the payment that is made of the total amount of the returned products, or send the customer the product by the means that he deems appropriate.The refund of the purchase value of the product will be produced by the same means by which the payment was made and once it has been received at the company and checked that its condition is correct and has not suffered any deterioration or manipulation.

The amount of the returned order will be refunded as long as it is returned in perfect conditions that do not limit the use of the product. The customer must return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging. If the product is returned in a packaging other than the original, the property may suffer a depreciation.

For hygiene reasons, the return of orthopedic and hygiene products that have been unsealed and / or used such as stockings, girdles, anklets, elbow braces, knee pads, insoles and the like will not be accepted, the customer having to ensure the correct size using the table. of measurements included in these types of products, in case of coincidence between two sizes it is always recommended to choose the higher size of the two.

In addition, depending on the Current Regulations, returns of food products such as infant milk, baby food, breast pumps, food supplements, self-diagnostic tests, health products, etc. are not accepted, except in cases where the product has been delivered by error, does not correspond to the order or the product has suffered deterioration during transport or is defective. Covid-19 products, such as masks, gels, etc., cannot be accepted for return.

2-RETURN OF REMOTE SELLING MEDICINES NOT SUBJECT TO MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION

The pharmacy will not be able to accept returns of medicines once they have been dispensed and delivered to the customer, except for those medicines that have been supplied by mistake, do not correspond to the order or have been damaged during transport.

In all cases, the returned medicines will be destined for their destruction, through the existing integrated waste management systems.

The consumer user will have the right to the return of the medicine and the refund of the amount paid in the event that the delivery period exceeds 50% of the time established in the purchase for reasons not attributable to it.

3-QUALITY GUARANTEE

In the event that any of our products does not arrive in perfect condition, either due to deterioration in transport or for any other reason, which prevents its proper functioning or use, Pharmasun undertakes to replace it or return 100 % of the price paid for that product after agreement with the client who must communicate it by phone (658027077), via email info@pharmasun.es or by filling in the return form located at the bottom of this page.

4-PERIOD TO MAKE RETURNS

Once the order is received, you will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days to change or return the products. The period of time will begin to count once the customer has received the order at his home.

5-HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

The customer must notify the company via email info@pharmasun.es or by calling the customer service phone, by filling in the return form included at the bottom of this page.

Once the return has been accepted, the transport company will be notified to pick it up at your home and return it to the company. The costs of this return will be borne by the company, Pharmasun, due to poor condition, deterioration or error in the shipment of the requested product and the customer in the event that the customer decides to make the return without a reason attributable to the company. The return of medicines, as explained in section 2, is totally prohibited by current legislation and will only be allowed in the cases indicated in this point.
