Acupressure is a technique used by Chinese medicine for thousands of years, with the function of alleviating ailments with a simple movement, that is, applying pressure to different points of the body with the fingertips.

This technique allows the harmonic restoration of the vital energy of our body, known as "CHI", in the same way as acupuncture, balancing its flow, which circulates through 12 meridians stimulating key points.

The Sea Band bracelet works by applying pressure to the acupressure point, called the Nei-Kuan Point, on the wrists.

How to use

1, Find the P6 or Nei-Kuan point on the wrist, placing the three middle fingers of one hand on the inside of the opposite wrist, with the edge of the third (ring) finger on the wrist joint.

2, The Nei-Kuan point is located on the arm about four centimeters from the wrist crease, it is located three fingers below the first wrist crease, between the two central tendons of the forearm (palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis).

3, Place the button part down over the Nei-Kuan point.

4, Repeat this process with the other wrist to get the maximum effectiveness of your Sea-Bands.
