Ordesa DHAVit Drops for Children 30ml

DHA is a polyunsaturated fatty acid of the omega-3 series, a fundamental constituent of cells of the Central Nervous System, essential during development and growth.

The human brain has a high content of fatty acids, of which DHA is the main component. Therefore, an adequate DHA supply allows an optimal neural development of the baby, positively influencing cognitive functions, visual acuity and correct growth.

In DHAVit the source of DHA is the marine algae contained in the plankton from which the fish feed.

The algae oil is of a purity and concentration of DHA higher than that of fish oil and much better tolerated because it is tasteless and odorless.

Vitamin D It has an essential role in the regulation of calcium, a fundamental element for the development of bone tissue. It is important to provide a correct supply of this vitamin during growth to counteract the danger of rickets and fracture (osteoporosis).

The Spanish Association of Pediatrics recommends supplementation with 400 IU / day of vitamin D to all infants under one year of age who are exclusively breastfed and who take less than 1 liter of infant milk per day.

Vitamin A It is the growth vitamin, its main action is due to its functions in cell duplication. It is the fundamental component of the visual pigments of the retina.

Vitamin E Antioxidant. Counteracts the damaging action of free radicals and protects from oxidation.

COMPOSITION

Vegetable oil (sunflower), algae oil (Schizochytrium) with a minimum of 40% DHA, vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopherol acetate, maltodextrin), vitamin A (retinol palmitate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

How to use

Presentation in drops that can be given directly to the mouth or diluted in milk, juices, porridge or other foods. Administer 1 ml (approximately 24 drops) once a day. This dosage may be modified at the pediatrician's discretion.
